NXL Motion Kit licence

You may

• Use the code, prompts and components in an unlimited number of projects, personal or commercial, including for clients who pay you.
• Modify, combine and adapt them however you like.
• Deliver the websites and apps that contain them to your clients. The client may then maintain and evolve them.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, share or publish the kit, or a significant part of its code, prompts or components, as is or barely modified.
• Include them in a product where they are the main value: template, theme, UI kit, library, course, public repository.
• Share your licence key. A key used on an abnormal number of devices is disabled.

Updates

• Updates to the kit are included, with no new payment, for as long as the product exists.

Warranty

• The kit is provided as is. Every effect was tested in the browser, but how it behaves in your project depends on your code: test it before you ship.
• If your key does not unlock the kit, reply to your Gumroad confirmation email and it will be fixed.

End of the licence

• The licence ends, and the key is disabled, if these terms are not respected or if the purchase is refunded or disputed. Projects already delivered to your clients remain theirs.
