Privacy Policy

The data controller is NanxLabs (a project led by Nans, founder). For any question about your data: nans@nanxlabs.com.

When you interact with our assistant (the “Core”) or contact us:

• information you voluntarily provide: first name, last name, email address;
• the content of messages you send in the assistant;
• minimal technical data: a session identifier, date and time of exchanges.

We never ask for passwords, payment details, or sensitive data.

• to respond to your request and prepare an audit or proposal (pre-contractual measures);
• to improve the quality of our assistant and service (legitimate interest);
• to follow up with you if you leave your email address (your consent).

To operate the website and assistant, we use the following service providers:

• Vercel (United States) — website hosting;
• Supabase — conversation storage;
• Web3Forms — email notification delivery;
• DeepSeek(outside the European Union) — AI processing of the messages you write, in order to generate the assistant's responses. The content of your messages is transmitted to this service for this purpose.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (United States, China). These transfers are governed by the contractual safeguards required under the GDPR.

Conversations and contact details are kept for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted, unless a business relationship has been established (in which case, for the duration necessary to that relationship).

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to nans@nanxlabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your country.

This website does not use advertising cookies or audience-tracking tools. Only elements strictly necessary for its operation are used.
