Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is NanxLabs, operated by Nans. For any question: nans@nanxlabs.com.

What this website collects

Nothing you do not hand over yourself. This website has no form, no chat assistant and no account to create. The contact buttons open your own mail client or WhatsApp: what you write leaves from your device and does not travel through this site.

When you write to me, I of course receive what you send (your address, your message) and keep it for as long as it takes to answer you and prepare a possible proposal.

What is recorded automatically

The host, Vercel, keeps technical connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) needed to operate and secure the service. I do not use them to identify visitors.

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no cookies and loads no trackers: no audience measurement, no advertising pixel, no embedded social network. There is therefore no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

One single thing is remembered, in your browser: the language you picked. It stays on your device and is never sent to me.

Data collected before September 2026

Until September 2026 this site offered a chat assistant and a free-audit form. Both have been removed. Conversations and contact details gathered back then are kept for at most twelve months from collection and then deleted, unless a business relationship has begun. They are stored with Supabase. You may ask for immediate deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them, write to nans@nanxlabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
